GRDP - Password change policy

Here are our recommendations:

 - Use a unique password for each account. In particular, the use of the same password between two accounts of the same company will not be authorized by the smslinker.com platform;

- Systematically change the default passwords at the earliest when systems contain them;

- Renew your passwords with a reasonable frequency. Every 90 days is a good compromise for systems containing sensitive data;

- Do not store passwords in a file on a computer station particularly exposed to risk (example: online on the Internet), much less on an easily accessible paper;

- Do not send your own passwords to your personal email;

- Configure software, including your web browser, so that they do not "remember" the chosen passwords.

- The robustness of a password usually depends first of all on its complexity. Thus, at SMS Linker we have chosen to accept only passwords of 8 characters minimum. We advise you to choose only passwords of different types (capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters).

Finally, SMS Linker has defined a period of 1 year beyond which your password will have to be changed. Thus, you will receive a password change email 2 weeks before its expiration date. Once your password expires, our platform will send you to a password change link. Otherwise, you will not be able to access our services.

GRDP - Inactive phonebook erasure policy

To protect your information, it is essential for SMS Linker to ensure the preservation of your data and especially your phonebook imported and inactive for a while on the platform.

Thus, SMS Linker has implemented a policy of deleting phonebook in order to better protect the security of its users' information.

Here is our policy and our recommendations:

-     Inactive phonebook retention policy: When you import a phonebook on smslinker.com, it will be kept for 18 months from the date of last use. Then, it will be deleted from our servers.

-        SMS Linker has therefore defined a period of 18 months beyond which your phonebook will be deleted. Thus, you will receive a deletion notification email 2 weeks before its due date. Thus, if you wish to oppose the deletion of your phonebook, you can notify us by simply replying to the email.

-    Finally, if you want your directory to be imported only when you send your SMS campaign, you can activate the "Temporary" option at the time of import. Thus, your directory will be kept only during the sending then deleted once your SMS campaign sent.

GRDP - Inactive customer account erasure policy

SMS Linker has implemented a policy of inactive customer accounts in order to better protect the security of its users' information.

Here is our policy and our recommendations:

-     Inactive customer account deletion policy: When you have not used your smslinker.com account for 24 months from the creation of this account, your account will be deleted from our servers.

-        SMS Linker has therefore defined a period of 24 months beyond which your inactive customer account will be deleted. Thus, you will receive a deletion notification email 2 weeks before its due date. Thus, if you wish to oppose the deletion of your account, you can notify us by simply replying to the email.

GRDP - Data erasure policy

Our documented erasure system is fully automated.

You will find below the description:

 §  A robot checks daily for all user accounts:

- Last campaign sent;

- Last invoice

- Registration date

- Last subscription to all types of services (account creation, registration with the white label, subscription to the SMS reception subscription, registration to the dedicated number);

 §  An automatic email will be sent to all accounts that have not been used for more than 2 years, to inform users that their account will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our "Data Protection" policy.

 §  Either the user uses his account to send an SMS campaign, order one of our products and / or subscribe to one of our services, which will cancel the deletion of his account smslinker.com

 §  Either this account is still inactive within 3 days and the deletion of its smslinker.com account will take effect.
